Stay in shape
it affects your relationships, job potentials, future sales, and your overall health.
Staying in shape in your twenties with food and exercise.
I know many married ladies in all kinds of shapes, BUT first they had to get married.
I had bosses not hire folks based on their looks. Its happened in front of me. It sucks. WE live in a world where people are making quick judgements so dress your best, stay in shape.
save 300 bucks a month
I know folks who retired just because of a 100 bucks a month. Mostly military folks who saved 100 a month for over 20 years.
retirement is a age not a number. Check out mr money mustache or paula pant blog. If you have 4 rental properties bringing in 4000 dollars a month and your expenses are only $2000, BOOM your are retired. I would prefer you work to get more options just in case someone doesn’t pay rent or repairs suck up your income.
You want a gap year? everyone wants one before college but many people have them after college is over. that’s possible if you are working and saving $100-$300 dollars a month. You can travel cheaply right out of college. The longer you wait and stack up more debt the harder it becomes
College is expensive. Pay as you go if you can. Start at community college if you can’t afford it.
women are staying with men they don’t like because of income or lack there of. Google it. there are articles about folks who can’t afford apartments by themselves.
Don’t have kids out of wedlock
it blows your life up.
no time, no money, plus having to WORK double.
the problems with single mother hood.
i think its part of the BOOM in mommy entrepreneurs. and ESPECIALLY black woman starting businesses at 6 times the national average. FREEDOM and INCOME.
How you dress is important
t-shirt jeans works for some girls…. VERY FEW..
check out pinterest for ideas
buy dresses… buy dresses… and stand out.
how you carry yourself is important.
People are most important.
Who will be your family?
is it the guy you marry?
those things are important, who are you focused on. Money and careers are GREAT but cooking dinner and spending downtime with your family is most important.
