Find a way to win. Believe there is a way to win. Sadly many people talk themselves out of investing and even looking for investments because they assume they are priced out of the marketplace.
Multiple ways to win
Stop looking for WHO will help you.
Look for a way to serve others, can you find deals, can you bring money, can you bring credit. What can you bring to the table.
Auctions. There are countless auctions being held in multiple states. I told you guys in previous youtube videos about missing out on a 22,000 dollar house down the street from my aunt. That house eventually repaired and posted for sale was worth 80,000 dollars. Build your war chest in savings and business lines of credit so you can take advantage of the deals.
foreclosures. In the video below we visit homepath.com to research foreclosures in our area. Lets say you are a brokeish millennial who wants to invest in real estate but needs a home over your head first. Homepath is a great choice, followed by house hacking or renting rooms out.
Lets say the average home you want to invest in is 100k but on homepath you see homes in your rental criteria for $50,000 to $70,000 most of the time thats a win. You can invest faster and for less via foreclosures.
Group investing. I talk group investing non stop on my youtube channel and blog. I have interviewed Charles Oglesby of Todd Capital here and other investments groups. I joined an apartment investment group in dallas here.

fostering relationships. People will not understand this enough. People start their journey looking for someone to help them, give them the BUSINESS, give them the money and expect nothing in return. This is why MANY MANY people with means do not tell others, or MENTOR at all. You have to be an ACTIVATE participant in your success. WHY? because its your life. No one cares more about you, than you.
If you are MOVING, SHAKING, growing a business others in the same MOTION will recognize you. Even if they do not recognize you after repeated interactions or googling your history online gives you better footing to reach some folks you thought were out of reach.
I have done over 800 or more at this point PAID consulting calls. I will make time in my emails for previous clients. People blowing up my emails, instagram or facebook asking for me to FOR FREE HELP THEM is an IMMEDIATE FLAG. FLAG of disrespect, FLAG of helplessness, FLAG of out of control life, FLAG of do not engage. WHY? simple instructions if folks think they can jump ahead in line or speak to you for free are simply saying DO IT FOR ME. Nothing is worst then someone who will not take the time to read the blog, watch over probably 50 videos solving their problem but want you to act as their parent, FAIRY GOD PARENT. No one is coming, no Calvary, no fairy god mother, no marcus lemonis, GO and GET IT.
How to foster relationships online. Comment, like, subscribe and SHARE. Its pretty straight forward like a group of youtubers or instagramers keep commenting, buying products and sharing their videos, podcasts or blogs. People notice folks who continuously comment or share their products or services. I have received free supplements, tshirts, gear and other perks from constantly liking, sharing and being in my OWN LANE. I do not ask for handouts, I PURCHASE first and continue my interactions accordingly. When you have a track record of supporting people and you are working your OWN BUTT off people do not mind connecting.
How to foster relationships in real estate or business. Going to conferences, seminars and local chamber of commerce. Once you start marketing in your city via bandit signs, via yellow pages, via google adwords, or other local marketing feel free to stick your chest out. You are not looking for a handout but other business minded folks to associate with. Join your local REIA groups, real estate investing seminars, call local bandit signs you see on side of road to join their mailing list. People who are the space of investing in your area are always looking for investors to buy or partner on deals with. What do you have to offer? Cash, Credit or TIME. let me make it very clear a ton of people have TIME. CREDIT AND CASH are more powerful.
turnkey properties. This is a hard one for me because I have been burned once and had a customer burned. CHOOSE WISELY. review people, study them, how does their company handle complaints, etc. Look for people who have worked with the company multiple years or times. 80% of turnkey companies KNOW their MARKET, have multiple properties to sell, fix or rent at any given time.
