I love folks going to college but currently we need more MAJORS in engineering, IT, healthcare and BLUE COLLAR work.
Top paying jobs
1. a BUSINESS
9 times out of 10 I rather you do a MICRO BUSINESS. I rather you go on youtube and instagram if you are a fitness person/beauty/guns or other popular topics with a great personality and make money. Go work in the real estate industry, its a great place to start with NOTHING and scale up. There is two tracks opening up in America where having a business if you have some access to Credit or Capital you will thrive.

3. USE A RECRUITER.
I have met so many people telling me they are searching job boards day and night. They don’t see where the jobs are. No company wants to be exhausted with applications while they are short staffed and behind on work. Where recruiters come in and help them close the gap. USE a RECRUITER. 80% of jobs are unannounced its like a referral system.
I believe its a bunch of reasons. Lower marriage rates, working full time hours, having children later, men’s low employment causing both parents/spouses to work.
Aaron views might be a little harsh but his take on it and I can get a laugh out of it. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ABOUT LIFE IS PEOPLE. Find some great people to do life with and have some money use/invest it wisely.
I love Aaron’s videos I send them to my nephew in his last year of high school and he is debating going to a really expensive school. I worked in financial aid office throughout college (degree in business). The grad school got so much MONEY (federal and donations) for minority students so MOST grad students you see that are black, latino or low income foreigners African or Korean THEY went for FREE. The undergrad years is where they are racking up the debt. We were advertising to C students to beg them to come to grad school. I will say I know sorority and fraternity friends who work in all the bank of america and well fargo in NC hooking each other up with jobs. A see bunch of folks going military after. I saw folks getting 10,000 in refund checks each semester going to school for 6 years and when the office tried to cut them off they would get mad at us. I know 5 guys who went and got truck driving jobs (trained on the job) right after college every one was mocking them.. they have more money then everyone else.
